Catering Instructions – How to Sign Up for Meals

To help us meet demand, minimise food waste, and support sustainability, St Stephen’s House operates a weekly catering sign-up system for those on meal plans.

Each week, you’ll receive a sign-up form to indicate which meals you plan to have in college the following week. Please complete the form for regular meals by 1pm on Friday. The sign-up for Formal meals will also be available at the same time, with a deadline of 1pm on Tuesday. This information also helps us organise the Formal dinner seating plan.

Please be considerate and complete the form as accurately as possible, alerting us to any dietary requirements you or your guests may have. This helps us ensure that our wonderful kitchen team can prepare something suitable for you.

If you are inviting guests to the college for meals, please complete this form once for yourself and once for each of your guests, so we can ensure we know who has dietary requirements and how many people to cook for each meal. If signing up someone as a ‘college guest’, our team will be in touch to confirm which member of staff approved this.
